These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between the customer and Carley Lamps™, Inc. By accessing or using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, do not access or use this site. The act of making a purchase, placing an order, or otherwise shopping on Carley Lamps™ website, constitutes acceptance of Carley Lamps™, Inc. Terms and Conditions.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

This website is operated or controlled by Carley Lamps™, Inc. from within the USA. The principal office of Carley Lamps™, Inc. is located in the State of California, USA. You agree that your use of this website, and any claims you may have relating to such use, are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA and, to the extent applicable, the federal laws of the USA. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the State of California, USA for adjudication of any claims you may have by reason of your accessing or using this site.

There are no minimums required for orders placed on Carleylamps.com.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise specified, prices are FOB point of shipment designated by the Seller. Carley Lamps™, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order. Orders shipped to CA are subject to Sales Tax.

Accepted with a copy of tax resale certificate faxed to 1-310-534-2912 Certificate must be on file before order is shipped.

A credit application is required to establish an open account with Carley Lamps™. Payment is required within 30 days from date of invoice.

Carley Lamps™, Inc. currently accepts Visa and MasterCard. The use of a credit card is subject to charge card limitations and the approval of Carley Lamps™, Inc. prior to shipment.

Past due balances are subject to a 1.5 % finance charge per month.

Shipping and handling charges are applied to all orders. Carley ships both domestically and internationally via USPS, UPS, FED-EX, or Freight Forwarder. All orders are shipped from our Torrance, CA facility via Ground, unless otherwise specified. Carley Lamps™, Inc. will make every effort to ship within 24 hours. -The risk of loss and title to products purchased from Carley Lamps™ pass to customer upon delivery to the carrier. -Customer should examine shipment as soon as it arrives. Customer agrees to pay all costs associated with shipment, unless otherwise provided in writing by Carley Lamps™. -Unless noted otherwise, shipping costs provided by Carley Lamps™ are just estimates and shipping prices may be different than quoted prices. Any and all shipping discrepancies and/or shipping damages must be reported to Carley Lamps™ within ten (10) days of the shipping date.

Carley Lamps™ ships all over the world! Carley Lamps™ accepts the following payment types for international orders: -Bank/ Wire Transfer -Visa/MasterCard* -PayPal -Money Order *International Credit Card orders must be shipped to the billing address.

All damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days. If the package on arrival is damaged, customer should sign for the shipment as "damaged" and make a claim with the carrier. In the event package is damage on arrival, Carley Lamps™ will assist in every possible manner in collecting claims for loss or damage.

Product must be returned to Carley Lamps™ with prior approval and issuance of a return material authorization number (RMA#). To obtain RMA #, please call 310-325-8474, or e-mail sales@carleylamps.com and in the subject line, write RMA# Request. Carley will inspect incoming product and if determined to be defective by the applicable manufacturer, Carley Lamps™ will either replace or issue credit. Special Note: The issuance of RMA # does not acknowledge a product defect or authorize a credit to be taken. Credit issued will be at the discretion of Carley Lamps™, Inc. If a product returned as defective upon inspections, is not, Carley Lamps™ will return back to the customer. *All Product returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, provided that Carley Lamps™, Inc. agrees to take back the merchandise. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Carley Lamps™, Inc. warrants solely to the purchasing party that the products sold by it shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship, when given normal, proper and intended usage, for the scope of the warranty granted to Carley Lamps™, Inc. and its customers by the applicable product manufacturer. Purchaser shall notify Carley Lamps™, Inc. of any product that Purchaser believes to be defective that is covered by the warranties set forth in this warranty statement. At Carley Lamps™, Inc.'s option, such products shall be returned by Purchaser, transportation and insurance prepaid, to Carley Lamps™, Inc. Based on examination and testing by the applicable product manufacturer, Carley Lamps™, Inc. shall replace with the same or comparable product, or issue credit. This warranty contains the entire agreement between the Purchasing party and Carley Lamps™, Inc. as to its terms. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, of merchantability, fitness or otherwise, which extend beyond the description on the face thereof. In no event will Carley Lamps™, Inc. be liable for any loss, or profits or any other incidental, special or consequential damages suffered by the Purchaser or its customer.

Any trademarks and logos used are the property of their owners and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and other intellectual property rights.

Carley Lamps™, Inc. reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions of use for its website at any time without prior notice.
